Formulated to have a pH similar to that of skin’s natural level, d’Alba’s Milk Skin Balancing Vegan Toner helps bring skin back to a healthy equilibrium after cleansing by flooding it with soothing hydration and skin-protecting antioxidants. Italian white truffle extract, vegan ceramides, and three types of cica work to do so alongside gently exfoliating fruit extracts to smooth and clear up skin.
