We work diligently to process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey to you.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original, unopened condition within 15 days of delivery.

Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items once opened:

  • Chemical Exfoliators & Acid Toners (due to their potent formulations)
  • Facial Oils & Essences (to maintain product integrity)
  • Eye Care Products including Eye Creams and Eye Masks
  • Any opened skincare products for health and safety reasons

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care Team

Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the items securely in their original packaging, include the RMA number visibly on the package, and ship to:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement product once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments

Damaged or Defective Items
